When was Authentix formed? Authentix was formed in November 2003 following the merger of Isotag Technologies, Biocode and Calyx Science. What are the benefits for customers? There are three key benefits for customers. The first is that Authentix has an expanded technology and service base that can cater for every authentication need be it overt or covert, in-product or on-package. The second is that we have an expanded skill base, which will be devoted to providing specialist expertise in our clients markets. Thirdly, we have an expanded US and European base to better serve our Fortune 500 clients. Who are the clients of Authentix? Our client base consists of governments and leading brand owners in our specialist markets of Pharmaceuticals, Spirits, Agrochemicals, Oil & Gas, and Consumer Goods. Given the security nature of our business, we do not declare the identities of individual clients unless they specifically ask us to do so. Who owns Authentix? Authentix is a privately held company with multiple private shareholders. The lead investor is Manti Holdings, who has been extremely supportive of Authentix operationally and strategically. |
