Authentix Manager Elected to NASPO Executive Board
Stacey Clark to Serve as Two-Year Term as Member of the Board

Authentix Banknote Vertical Manager, Stacey Clark, has been elected Executive Secretary of the North American Security Products Organization (NASPO).
NASPO is an American National Standards Institute (ANSI) accredited group that oversees the development of security risk management standards and certification for users and providers of security technologies.
“Counterfeiting and piracy are on the rise. As these crimes increase, there is an urgent need to ensure that the security technologies being used to fight these crimes are effective.” said Robert Sherwood, Chairman, NASPO. “Clark’s in-depth authentication industry experience, especially her expertise in government security and banknote applications, will be an asset to NASPO.”
In her new role with NASPO, Clark will help provide leadership and direction to the group as it works to increase its membership; reach out to new industries, including the pharmaceutical and medical device industries; develop standards that will help brands and governments evaluate the effectiveness of security technologies that are being used and work with international standards organizations.
“I am looking forward to helping NASPO grow significantly during my term on the Executive Board,” said Stacey Clark, Executive Secretary, NASPO. “The work that we do ensures the integrity of products and trade and ultimately contributes to the protection and betterment of society.”
