Authentix Featured in Brand Protection News

The February 2006 issue of Brand Protection News features Authentix in an article on spirits counterfeiting. The article states that spirits companies lose $300 million annually through counterfeiting and also discusses anti-counterfeiting measures that are being taken. Authentix’ in-product, food-grade markers are highlighted in the article. The markers are added to spirits in minute qualities and are tasteless, odorless, and colorless. Spirits can be tested in the field for the presence of Authentix markers.
